Why brides
Every detail — shade, timing, prep — exists for the way you’ll look in your photographer’s gallery six months from now.
White-white gowns and ivory gowns photograph differently. Rosie matches your tan to the dress, your skin tone, and the lighting you'll be in.
A real-world tan reads as flattering on camera — flash, golden hour, and reception lighting included. No streaks, no muddy fade.
Trial, second-look event tan, wedding-day tan. Sequenced so you peak on the day of, not before or after.
Get-ready in Midwood or out at the shore. Rosie travels for brides during summer in Deal, New Jersey.
Friday appointments end before sunset and the studio is closed for Shabbat and chaggim — no awkward conversations about scheduling.
Vegan, paraben-free, DHA-based. Safe for the bride who is pregnant, the bridesmaid with eczema, and the mother of the bride.
The bridal timeline
The single biggest mistake brides make is timing — too early and the color fades; too late and it doesn’t settle. Here’s the schedule we’ll plan around.
4 – 6 weeks before
We test 1 – 2 shades on your skin so you can live with the color, see it in dress photos, and know exactly what to expect.
1 – 2 weeks before
An optional second tan for the bridal shower, henna, mikvah, or rehearsal dinner — ideal for any pre-wedding photo moment.
2 days before
The final tan, two days out. Day 2 is when the color is at its most natural, photo-ready peak — soft, lit, never orange.
The morning of
Light hand-spray on shoulders, décolleté, or hairline if you want to refresh anything before the gown goes on.
Bridal packages
Built around the timeline above. Every package is custom — call and we’ll tailor it to your dates, party size, and venue.
A single trial session — perfect if you want to test a shade before committing.
Trial + wedding-day tan. The most-booked package, designed around the photo timeline.
You and the women closest to you, all glowing. Group rates for bridesmaids, mothers, and grandmothers.
Day 2 in the gallery
Most spray tans don’t survive the camera. Reception lighting shifts warm; daylight ceremonies cool. White gowns wash everything out and pull undertones forward.
Rosie’s shade-matching is built for that gauntlet. We test your tan against your dress in your trial, adjust if needed, and time the wedding-day tan so it photographs at its softest peak — not its first day, not its last.
The result is a tan that reads as you, in every light.

“I have gotten spray tans by so many people but nobody compared to Rosie. She knows which color is best for your skin tone and perfects your tan before you leave. My color never gets blotchy and always lasts. Highly recommended.”
“Rosie is such a sweet person and makes you feel so comfortable. It was my first time getting a spray tan and I love the outcome. I was afraid of it coming out orange but it looks so perfect and natural — as if I just came back from vacation.”
“Amazing tan, very well done. Lasts over 10 days, very natural color, fades day by day. Love it. Rosie is a very nice lady.”
Bridal FAQ
About 4 – 6 weeks before the wedding. Late enough that your skin tone is settled, early enough that there's time to dial in the shade if you want to go a little lighter or deeper.
Two days before. Your tan is fully developed by Day 1, and it photographs at its softest and most natural on Day 2 — which is your wedding day. Tanning the night before is too late; tanning four days out is too early.
No, not after a proper rinse. Rosie's solution is set 8 hours after your tan, and once you've rinsed and patted dry, the color stays on you — not on your gown, your veil, or your photographer's hand.
Yes. Group bookings for the bridal party are common — we'll coordinate shades across the group and quote a flat rate based on size. Mothers, grandmothers, and the kids' moms are welcome too.

Yes. The solution is vegan, paraben-free, and DHA-based. Many of Rosie's clients are pregnant brides or pregnant bridesmaids. We talk through any concerns before we spray.
Sunday weddings are easy — your wedding-day tan goes on Friday morning, before Shabbat. Saturday-night weddings during summer in Deal also work well; we time around motzei Shabbat.
